RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The return policy is valid up to 30 days from the time of purchase. If 30 days has past, Landice is unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the treadmill must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging. All returns will need a return authorization number from Landice prior to returning the treadmill along with the original receipt.

If the treadmill is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts it will not be eligible for return.

If applicable, Landice can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please send us an email at sales@landice.com .

REFUNDS

If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified and given an update on the status of your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

SALE ITEMS

If applicable, only non-sales priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please send it to: Landice Inc, 111 Canfield Avenue, Suite A-1, Randolph, NJ 07869. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to the return. If the treadmill is returned without obtaining authorization the package will be refused.

If a product is being returned you will be responsible for the prepaying the return shipping costs and Landice will provide an ARS tag via UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
